Ingredients

Steps

  1. Chopp the onions and cook over olive oil on medium-low heat for about 10 min.
  2. Add the chopped pepers and season with a little bit of salt.
  3. Increase heat to medium and add the ground beef.
  4. Boil the eggs.
  5. Remove the beef from the fire and let it cool.
  6. Once cold, add chopped olives and hard-boiled eggs.
  7. Let the mixture sit for a while (the longer the better as the meat gets tastier).
  8. Take the compleately cooled mixture and with a spoon fill an empanada disk.
  9. Do your favorite repulgue.
  10. Take to the oven until the dough is golden brown.
  11. Let them cool for a bit outside the oven.
  12. Enjoy!
